1. IME Financial Institution Limited (IMEFIL) : A national level financial institution (finance company) established under the Bank and Financial Institution Ordinance of Nepal 2061 (2004). The company has been providing financial services for trade & commercial activities to both corporate and individuals clients; collecting deposits from Nepalese citizen working abroad and within the country; investing the deposits in various investment sectors. The company was incorporated in the year 2004 as a Public Limited Company. IMEFIL is headquartered in Kathmandu, and has five branches in different parts of the country.

2. CM Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. : Established in 1995, the company is a leading trading house serving numerous businesses houses in the country to export their products to different parts of the world.

3. Mount Pumori Air Cargo Pvt. Ltd. : Established in 2003, the company is involved in international freight forwarding and cargo business. It has won several International Airline Awards for its excellent performance and commitment to the cargo management.

4. Across Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. : In operation since 1995, AcT&T is a renowned travel agency in Kathmandu. It is amongst the foremost agencies in the country and enjoys a high reputation.

5. IME Automotives Pvt. Ltd. - With the formation of IME Automotives in the year 2009, IME Group has made a foray into the ever-growing automotive industry of Nepal acquiring authorized distributorship status of some of the most prolific international automotive brands for Nepal. IME Automotives is headquartered in Kathmandu with an extensive sales and service network spread across the country.

6. Mountain Energy Nepal Pvt. Ltd.: A Hydropower development Company established in June 2007. The Company is developing a 42 MW Project at Narchyang VDC, 27 Kilometers from Beni Bazzar,Myagadi.
