How can I send money to Nepal? |
| |
|
| |
Visit the nearest IME office in your country.
Fill in the Sender Form and deposit the transfer amount with the teller.
After verifying the information in the claim form, the IME office will provide you IME Control Number -- a unique code number— which you need to pass on to the receiver for cash collection (if the mode of transaction is Case Payment). However, if the mode of payment is bank deposit, the sender need not pass on the Control Number to the beneficiary, as the money is automatically deposited to the bank account indicated by the sender. |
